This website does not use profiling cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers.
We use your data solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and manage any follow-up contact.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your data is not used for newsletters or marketing communications without your separate consent.
Quote requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, where an event is confirmed, for the period required by tax and accounting law (10 years). Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 24 months.
Your data is accessible only to the controller and is never disclosed or sold to third parties. It may be processed, for the sole technical purpose of running the website and email service, by our hosting provider acting as data processor.
External fonts. Pages on this site load typefaces from Google Fonts. This means your IP address is sent to Google's servers, which is necessary to deliver the font files to your browser. No cookies are set by Google.
At any time you may ask us to access, correct, erase or restrict the processing of your data, object to processing, or receive your data in a portable format. Write to info@goldenbeepizza.it and we will reply within 30 days.
If you believe the processing of your data breaches the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Providing your name and email is necessary for us to reply: without them the enquiry cannot be processed. All other fields are optional and only help us prepare a more accurate quote.
